Winnipeg Jets Ice Projection

The Winnipeg Jets installed a new Ice Projection system driven by Ross Video projects. They wanted an animation to show off the new system and promote their branding for the season. I wanted to try using a forced perspective to create the illusion of 3D depth on the ice surface. From the right angle the illusion was quite convincing as shown in their twitter video linked below (The also put the animation up on the big screen so everyone could enjoy)
